The Criminal Cases Department represents individuals and companies in all criminal cases, whether they are complainants or defendants. We have extensive and comprehensive experience in criminal law, as the main partner in the company, Attorney Pasha Fouad Abu Darwish, was previously the head of the military court at the General Intelligence Department for more than eight years, in addition to his experience as the former Director of Anti-Corruption at the General Intelligence Department.
